REGISTRATION INFORMATION: To register, click here
From this page, you will need to click on the link "Show All Meetings" to see all of the upcoming scheduled training sessions. Each of the TEL HQO training sessions has been clearly named with TEL at the beginning of each session. From the session schedule page, you will need to register ahead of time for each of the TEL HQO sessions that you would like to attend.
The time listed in the meeting room shows up as sessions that you would like to attend. The time listed in my meeting room shows up as EST since that’s PROQUEST’s time zone, but if you open up each meeting by clicking on the meeting name, the time zone will update itself to CST and that’s the time zone that will be sent out in the email invite after registration. If you do not register before the session starts, you will not be able to attend.
WEBINAR INFORMATION:
After registering you will receive the email invite to join the training session and the invite will also include the toll-free phone number that you will need to call in with to participate in the audio portion of the session. There is also an audio broadcast option that you can use to listen to the audio for any users that don’t want to call in or can’t call in. With audio broadcast, the audio is transmitted through your computer and although it is convenient, it’s not always perfect so the call-in option is the preferred method.
Please give yourself at least 10 minutes to fully login and join the session. If you are on a slower internet connection, it can take a few minutes to upload the WebEx event center onto your computer.
